Longevity Bowl
Very unusual. Each bowl is hand-cast from brass, with a green patina
and finely etched dragons in the bottom. Known as Lung Ding, this
basin is the source of all myths about the Feng Shui fountains.
The basin with it's classic beauty first appears in China´s
Han Dynasty. Four “Han” fishes can be seen in the bottom
of the basin and two 'ear' handles are welded on the basin rim.
The bowls are tuned similarly to singing bowls. If you pour clean
water into the basin and rub the copper-ears with your hands, sweet
tones will be heard from the basin itself and four water columns
of about 20 inches high will be spouted out from the mouth of the
four fishes. These bowls are tuned similarly to singing bowls. If
you haven’t seen these before, it’s because they are
relatively rare in the United States. . This is a very handsome
item that of course can be used for many purposes. 16" diameter,
4.5" high.

This ornate, heavy brass incense burner has 7 wonderful dragons,
with the top dragon and it's Pearl of Potentiality allowing the
smoke to float out of the dragon's mouth - very cool indeed! Ideal
for resins, cones sage or copal. Around 5" diameter.
